Privacy, read straight
The same grammar as everything else here: what we collect, why, who sees it, what we never do with it.
- What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, suburb, the job type you pick, and your message. If you arrive from the Reading tool, the note it built for you sits in the visible message box, yours to edit or delete before sending; nothing travels hidden. Beyond that, only the ordinary technical logs any website generates (things like the time of a request and the page asked for), used to keep the site working.
- Why we collect it
- To do exactly what the form says: respond to you about your garage door and get the visit arranged. That's the whole purpose.
- Who sees it
- Your enquiry is stored securely and may be shared with a suitable local garage-doors provider to service your request, and with no one else. We don't sell enquiries, we don't rent lists, and your number isn't added to any marketing anything.
- How long we keep it
- As long as it's genuinely useful for handling your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and no longer than that needs.
- Cookies & tracking
- This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics and no ad trackers, and there is no newsletter to be added to. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting those font files from Google. The enquiry form carries a hidden field only bots fill in; anything that fills it is dropped, not kept.
- Your rights
- Ask through the form and we'll tell you what we hold from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it. Australian privacy law backs you on this; so do we, without needing to be pushed.
Questions about any line above: send them through the enquiry form and say it's a privacy question. It gets answered like anything else here, plainly.
